Paulina Ross is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with nine years of nursing experience across a variety of medical and psychiatric settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Cleveland State Community College.
Paulina specializes in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato®, and neurofeedback for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. Her approach to care is patient-centered and symptom-focused, emphasizing each individual's unique experience rather than simply treating a diagnosis.
She is passionate about mental health care and believes every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Paulina is especially committed to advocating for individuals who may have felt overlooked or discouraged by previous treatment experiences. She strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while helping patients identify meaningful paths toward improvement.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Paulina is able to communicate with patients in the language they feel most comfortable using. She believes that creating a strong therapeutic relationship begins with meeting patients where they are and working together toward their goals.
For those who feel they have exhausted traditional treatment options, Paulina and the team at Radial are committed to helping patients explore new possibilities and take the next step toward better mental health.
