Traditional TMS

  • Covered by most insurance plans when medical necessity criteria are met
  • Typically requires prior authorization
  • Usually covered (1–2 treatments per day) for depression and OCD

Spravato®

  • Covered by most major insurance plans
  • Requires prior authorization and specific eligibility criteria
  • Must be administered in certified treatment centers

Monarch eTNS®

  • ADHD treatment in your home
  • Usually covered by insurance for children ages 7–12
  • Considered off-label for anyone outside this age range

Psychiatry Appointments

  • Covered for in-network plans
  • Monthly bills (“superbills”) provided for out-of-network reimbursement

Therapy

  • Covered for in-network plans
  • Monthly bills (“superbills”) provided for out-of-network reimbursement

Other Treatments

  • Coverage varies by specific treatment and insurance plan
  • We'll verify your benefits before starting any treatment
  • Alternative payment options available for non-covered services

Affording Treatment

Through our partnership with Living Water, a registered 501(c)(3) organization, we offer a generous financial hardship program that may provide significant reductions in TMS treatment fees based on your income level.
