- Requires prior authorization and specific eligibility criteria
- Must be administered in certified treatment centers
Psychiatry Appointments

- Monthly bills (“superbills”) provided for out-of-network reimbursement
Therapy

Affording Treatment
Radial offers financial assistance for patients experiencing financial hardship, based on demonstrated need. Eligibility is determined through a review of income documentation, which may include recent tax returns or other proof of income.
