John Capecelatro

John Capecelatro is the CEO and co-founder of Radial, which supports the country's largest brain medicine clinical network focused on making it easy for people to access the world's most advanced mental health treatments. He has a passion for building at the intersection of technology and healthcare and has spent his career working within the healthcare sector to expand access to better care.

Previously, John was the first employee and VP, Operations at Nava, a tech-enabled employee benefits brokerage designed to deliver broad access to better healthcare at lower prices. John was also an early member of the team at PillPack, a direct-to-consumer pharmacy, focused on scaling its business. He was an integral part of the team that worked through its acquisition by Amazon. John holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babson College, with a focus on technology, entrepreneurship and design.
