Dr. Curry’s mission has always been to help people find relief from the pain and challenges of mental and physical illness. She believes that when one person finds relief, the impact extends far beyond the individual—to their families, friends, coworkers, and communities.
Dr. Curry completed her medical education and residency at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, where she developed a particular interest in sleep disorders and their relationship to psychiatric and medical conditions. Her clinical experience spans general adult psychiatry, sleep medicine, anxiety disorders, community mental health, private practice, and specialty care.
Throughout her career, Dr. Curry has served in a variety of settings, including the St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute, St. Luke’s Sleep Medicine and Research Center, and TMS/interventional psychiatry alongside Dr. Steven Harvey.
She has also been actively involved in community mental health, serving on the Missouri Mental Health Commission, the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Greater St. Louis, and as a psychiatric consultant to the TWA Trauma Response Team, including participating in the Flight 800 disaster response.
Dr. Curry’s interest in TMS began in 2018 under the mentorship of Dr. Harvey. She is proud to continue her work in interventional psychiatry and to help individuals living with complex or co-occurring conditions who have not found adequate relief through traditional treatments.
