Dr. Carlene MacMillan

Carlene MacMillan, MD is a Harvard-trained, board-certified adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist and the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Radial, a brain medicine technology company focused on improving access to emerging psychiatric treatments through innovative care delivery and digital infrastructure across its national clinical network. She previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Osmind and has been a clinical and strategic advisor to numerous mental health startups. Dr. MacMillan completed her residency and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital / McLean Hospital, and she continues to be active in clinical care, research, and education. A nationally recognized leader in interventional psychiatry, she holds leadership roles in the Clinical TMS Society, the Ketamine Taskforce, and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She is a frequent speaker at major conferences including the APA and SXSW, and is a passionate advocate for expanding access to evidence-based, insurance-covered psychiatric innovations.
