Kellie Ross is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in South Carolina. At Living Waters Mental Health Brain Treatment Center, she provides patient-centered, evidence-based care for individuals across the lifespan.
Her clinical focus is interventional psychiatry, with expertise in treating depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder using neuromodulatory treatments, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), under the medical direction of nationally recognized psychiatrist Dr. Owen Scott Muir.
Kellie’s approach is grounded in the belief that every person possesses an innate andsacred dignity. She is inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi—mending broken pottery withgold—as a metaphor for healing that honors the past while building resilience and beauty. Her care blends cutting-edge technology with deep empathy, offering hope and renewed purpose to those in need.
Before entering advanced clinical practice, Kellie founded and led a nonprofit organizationthat supported individuals facing poverty, trauma, and crisis. These formative experiencescontinue to shape her compassionate, community-rooted perspective on mental health.
She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is an active member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), South Carolina Nurses Association (SCNA),American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and American Psychiatric NursesAssociation (APNA).
